Withdrawal from purchase
You can quickly express your intention to withdraw from this page. According to Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. Please fill out the form below to start the process.
What happens after submission?
After submitting the form, our system will immediately send a confirmation email in accordance with Section 22 of the Government Decree. This confirms that your withdrawal has been recorded. In the email, you will find the exact steps for returning the package. The purchase price will be refunded immediately after the product is received.
